ARCHITECTURAL/DESIGN/PLANNING SERVICES
FOR
MASTER PLAN AND DESIGN OF OCEAN BREEZE PROPERTY
The Board of Commissioners of the Greater Boca Raton Beach and Park District will receive proposals until June 25, 2021 at 2:00pm for the Master Planning and Design Services of the Ocean Breeze Property. The property consists of 212 acres located North of Yamato Road on the east and west sides of NW 2nd Avenue. The property was formerly known as the Ocean Breeze Golf Course.
The project will consist of master planning and design services for park and golf facilities on the property. To obtain a copy of the Request for Qualifications please contact the Executive Director BriAnn Harms at [email protected] or by calling 561-417-4599.
Proposals will be publicly opened in the District's office, room 204, in the Swim & Racquet Center, 21618 St. Andrews Blvd. Boca Raton, FL., 33433 in the presence of District officials. Virtual participation will also be available.
